Yeah Special Effects is the brand name. The pic I have is only with a little bit of SE, the dark blue, cause I got it from a friend. The turquoise is shite cause I was poor at the time and bought cheap stuff... If you've ever seen bottles of RAW, that hair color, it's the same kind of bottle. SE has a great range of colors and they last soooo long and fade nicely. I go to better shops to get it but I'm in portland. Idk where your at but I know they sell it at Hot topic. But I hate that place. It's so overpriced and their variety in color is terrible. You can only do red or blue so many times... I go to this cute lil punk shop and get it 9 or 10 bucks vs the 15 you'd drop at HT. You should check out the website and see all their colors :)
