How Did Your Parents/Friends/Siblings Reacted When You Decided To Get A Mohawk?

Hi guys and gals, just curious to hear about your experiences about getting a Mohawk and people reacting to it. If there's already a discussion about this subject out there, I apologise as I'm new here and haven't had a lot of time to go through every subject in this place. Lol.

I don't currently have a Mohawk at the moment, but will be getting one next Saturday.

Mom said I'd have to wear a hat if I went anywhere with her. It was a joke; but I know my family can't stand it. Do I care? Nope. Do they have a say in what my hair will look like? No!

It's awesome! I love it and it is fairly easy to maintain. Have fun with it!

I asked my dad if I could do it in highschool and he told me that if I did he would kick me out. I did it anyway and he didn't talk to me for 2 weeks, then made fun of me for many months (thats how he copes/accepts). Eventually he grew to like it and even shaved my head for me on occasion. He never kicked me out, ha!

I didnt actually ask my mum i just went and got it done xD when i went home she told me jade wasnt in when i told her it was me she just stood there in shock :') then said wow it actually suits you then helped me spike it
