Curly Mohawk

I have very curly hair and this is a problem for putting up the Mohawk. I can do the Liberty Spikes good, but no the Mohawk because my curly hair give me a problems for putting up.

Who is able to do a mohawk with curly hair? And how did you manage it?

I used to have a huge fro a few years ago since my hair is naturally curly. Have you tried ironing your hair? I shampoo mine then iron it right before putting it up. It takes 5 minutes tops and stays good for days. Hope that helped.

Have you thought about using the Knox gelatin method? supposidly that is the bar-none method of putting up a mohawk. There are a few old threads on the subject if you want to look into that.
