apparently, the ad was deemed offensive. and they make a lot of good points about why he's NOT a sell-out. and i must say, i agree. he never signed up for the anti-capitalism shit, that was after his time.

I think it's hilarious.

I mean, shit, you have to pay the bills some how. People who bitch about selling out make me mad. Everyone needs money, even if it sucks. You can't pay the bills in like.. hypodermic needles. So w/e, idc. Props to him for scoring the commercial.

Yeah.
He may be able to pay his bills now but when he's dead and gone now he has to ask himself if people will remember him for being in a kickass punk rock band or will they just remember him as the guy who played in a butter commercial?
