Shaving Hawk off for Charity?
Has anyone else done this before? The pub I work at have been trying to rope me into shaving my head for ages. I don't know what sorta money to 'demand' for me to do it. I'm not one to say completely no, and Ive been wanting to do something big for charity for a while. The head shave was always gonna be the option.
To be fair my hairs in a really bad state and probably needs a good clear out, so I think killing 2 birds with 1 stone here might be a good option and really have someone benefit out of it.

I Haven't Ever Shaved For Charity But My Friend Has. I Got Respect For That And If Your Hair Is That Bad You Might As Well Someone Will Really Appreciate It, Besides Hair Grows Back :)

Well theres a few Charitys going that I wanna donate to. The pub I work at is doing a big night for Comic Relief, and I know if I do it with this I can take in a lot lot more money. However I have a really close friend who has Cerebal Palsy. I kinda wanna put something in that direction. I also met a girl with Cystic Fibrosis a month a go and we've got really close really fast, and to see her smiling even with what she goes through actually amazes me and makes me wanna put some towards there. I might have to split it three ways!

St Baldricks Day might also be a good mixture, especially with a pub being involved and St Patty's coming up. I know in Atlanta they shave heads for this cause basically to support cancer. If I ever had the time I'd love to start a Nonprofit called "Mohawks of Love", and then from there we could just donate hair to all kinds of organizations and post videos about mohawked people really caring for others and causes and such, a side that I don't think most people outside of our community understand about mohawk wearers

Theres another charity that collects any kind of damaged hair or what not, sticks it into stockings and then they use it to clean up oil spills on the water, since hair is really good at collecting oils and easy to reuse over and over again.

I say do it. really judging by ur pics ur hair is reasonably short anyway so it wouldnt take all that long to grow it back and as it grows u can rock liberty spikes or the like. all in all ud be helping someone in need and getting something done for urself that is otherwise not be very satisfying but needs doin.
altho i dunno how much i trust the people that the money goes to to use it the way they say they will perhaps raising the money for the people u know with the illnesses and giving it to them directly to go towards there treatment. or maybe im just not very trusting.
