I'm probably pulling to hard on my hair, or maybe I over bleached it. But does anyone else have hair fall out when it comes to washing it? I'm not talking clumps or wads, but more then what I think is normal :/

Warm/hot water makes dye fade because its opening the pores in your hair, causing the color to come out. If you wash your hair with scolding hot water before dyeing, it'll open the pores for the dye to go in, then rinsing with freezing cold water to close the pores and lock the dye in.

sorry if I'm coming off as a know-it-all, but hopefully somebody'll find this someday and it'll help em out :P

*swoons again* lol
It's fine with me, I'm not the smartest kid in the pool but a lot of people out there are actually really fucking stupid when it comes to hair dye and properly taking care of hair.

my best advice is to put strong conditioner in ur hair wrap it in a towel or scarf n go to sleep wiv it in

the when u get up shower as normle to this once a week for 6 weeks

fixes over bleached hair  good luck

I personally don't recommend leaving things in over night unless it's designed to be left in. Deep conditioning for an hour or so will work just fine. Or you can mix your own hair masks for a cheaper version. Avacado, egg, mayo, butter, olive oil, etc. Mix well and nuke until warm, slather on and cover your hair with a plastic bag. Leave on for at least a half hour then wash out. You can deep condition/ usehair masks a couple times a week when trying to repair damaged hair.

I also highly suggest hot oil treatments which are very cheap at beauty supply stores.

-Get olive oil and Mane And Tail conditioner. (you can get both of these free after they expire. Keep in mind, Mane And Tail is marketed towards animals, and animals lick their balls and stuff, so after it expires they have to throw it out so they don't poison Rex and Snowball)

-Put 1/4 cup oil and 1 table spoon of the condtioner in a small pan and stir. Stay on a low heat so you don't get blown up.

-Stir until theyre mixed

-Put it on your head for, like, maybe 6 hours, or however long you really want.

-Do this once a week. Twice if your hair is really long or damaged.

Oh man, when I was a kid my momma used to wash my hair with Mane and Tail. It's gotten pretty popular over the years.
We used to use it for both our horses and ourselves haha
