I just googled 1960s Singer and this is it, except mine has its own wooden table. :]

I think yours is about 5-10 years older. I got the wooden table, too, but right now its being used to hold up half of a lamp... long story

My boyfriend's mom had one, it lasted a few days for them, but I don't think that it was very fancy or they really knew what they were doing with it.
