Short and simple. i want to gain some more muscle and not shit is working. wieght lifting wont work. being fit doesnt work. and eating right doesnt work.

im a scrawny kid and always have been and i want some change around my school.

havent tried creatine wieght gain stuff.

any good ideas?

I have to say that the "heavier weights- less reps" really really works.
wow this is an interesting topic... lifting heavy weight does not always translate to size.
I guess the question would be are you looking for the strength and such to fend off the people or just the size to avoid the confrontation all together?

You are an ectomorph, you want to be either a meso or endomorph.
So eat heavy, heaps of carbs and protein, and do it in either one single huge fuck off meal, or three huge meals a day.
And lift heavy, get yourself a weight routine and a gym membership.
