You might want to try a brand called marshmallows. They aren't over the ear, but they sound just as fantastic and are just as comfortable as the bose things someone sent me a few years back (they get warm and conform to your ear, very soft at that point). They deliver sound into your ear, instead of AT it. And when you have both in, it's virtually impossible for people to interrupt you, even at a low volume.

Not even kidding. Best 18 dollar investment I've made all summer. PLUS! it doesn't fuck with tragus piercings. ^.^
