I just work out by doing Push Ups, a mad abdominal routine, chin ups, and I play drums for about 6 hours a week. it works alright, here's a picture of the product of the routine before I got my mohawk, please don't laugh at my normal haircut :/
20 knee ups
20 leg raises
20 cycles
rest-10 seconds
20 reverse crunches
20 crunches (but with legs up on something like a couch)
20 hip thrusts
rest 10 seconds
20 cross crunches (10 on each side)
20 reach and touch
20 cross leg reverse crunch (10 on each side)
usually repeated 2 or three times
