Mohawks Rock

I got hawked a couple months ago, and just recently got good at fanning the damn thing right.
But uh-oh! my hair totally collides with the ceiling in my car unless I drive with the seat way reclined.

I never thought of this problem when I got the hair style, but it sure is a bitch to drive places now.

Other than that, no complaints. Hmmm, besides also not being able to lean my head back on anything while it's up...that kinda sucks sometimes too.

Anyone else with this dilemma??? Any advice???

Umm... learn to drive with the seat reclined.
I did. Even with the seat at a ridiculously low angle, my hair still hits the ceiling :(

Or catch a bus :(

I walk to work now.
Ride a bike.
Parkour.
healthy alternatives to walking!
I did a little parkour when I was in Canberra and loved it. I try and get out and search for good spots when I'm not working, but right now I have very little time. There's not much to work with between home and work :(
Where are you? i might hook you up with some local traceurs?
Cairns. Pretty much in the city.

I want to learn properly. I was doing this with a group of friends and I feel like I missed out on a lot of the basics.
www.parkour.com.au join the forums mate, im sure there are a few cairns traceurs there.
i also have to lean all the way back and i have a small car.. or i get my friends to drive.. saves me on petrol too lol
i keep mine flexible so i can just bend it too one side, and after a little i bend it to the other side so it evens it out and doesnt get lop-sided. definately effective at movie theaters. but i cut mine shorter recently, and i drive a minivan so that combo helped me to drive more comfortably
I've taken the headrest out of my car so I can drive with my hawk up. Gonna have to cut a hole in the roof soon though!!!
that's hardcore man...significantly lowering the value of your car for a hairstyle. Not the kind of headrests you can just take off I see. Haha, well good luck with all that foam. :)
I agree. Thats pretty crazy.
I took the head rest out of my car so the backs not a problem, but my hawk now is close to 9 inches so I keep a bottle of hair spray in the car and most of the time it's flexible enough to just snap back in place even if I'm driving for an hour or I drive with my head tilted to the side, but that just makes you look stupid. Mohawks were not designed with driving a car in mind.
