How often do you change your hair color?

As some may know, I just dyed my hair red from bright green. I love the red, but I like the green even more. I think that the green has been the best color that I have ever had. Since I just dyed red, I won't change it soon, but I definately want to go back to green in May. I want to give the red at least three months, also I can't bleach it until some new hair grows out.

So my question is, how often does everybody here change their hair color? And is there one color that you use more than others. For me my color is green, but I will change it for a couple months every once in a while.

And from "Directions" it's Called "Green Apple" or something like that...

i will dye my hair any color i have
i dye it as soon as it starts to fad
i also dont like repeating colors caause then i get bored
bleach it
then waste a bunch of dye
i love green in my hair too but have failed to find one
that wont wash out after a couple washes yet

I think the type of bleach you use matter too, 'cuz I used Flash Lightning the first time I went green with Special Effects' Limelight and it was beautifully green for a while before I had to cut it and faded very little. But once I cut it and let it grow out, after a month I bleached it with Color Fiend from Hot Topic then used the same bottle of dye and it didn't stick at all. Within a day or two it was a yellow color. I'm not sure but my powers of deduction cause me to think it's the bleach. :P

i use to bleach and dye my hair a different color every month but i fried my hair so badly i had to cut off more then half my mohawk and since i hace a job now sadly i cant put colors in it unless its just the upper part of my hair and thats only bc i have to wear a hat to work bc of my mohawk

i rarely change the colour, it costs too much, but i like to change it whenever i get bored of the current colour.

If you do it right, the most it should cost is $20, maybe $30 at most. That's what I've found at least.

i dont even remember my natural hair color anymore.....jk. i dye it all the time. not bright colors or anything but i dye it all the time

I dye it when it fades out, but I use semi-perminent (perminant?), so it washes out fast. On top of that I teach swim lessons so the chlorine washes it out even faster.

I change mine whenever it strikes my fancy. Right now I'm purple, but some of the spots were missed so there's little spot on the side of my 'hawk that is my natural hair color. Which is curious because I bleached it before I even cut it... Oh well.
Before I cut my mohawk back at the beginning of the week, my hair a few inches long and bleach/yellowfromfadedlimegreen and before I had cut it about a month ago it was about 5 or so inches at the tallest and lime green, before that it was bleach with some faded purple that turned pink. And before that it was half blue and half purple Walgreen colors. It faded pretty quick but the bleach that came with it worked really well.
I've got lime green and deep purple left and I might try and combine those in some interesting way sometime soon when my 'hawk is slightly mightier, lol. :D

i used to dye my hair on the regular because i get board easily! I have had every hair color from very very "normal" to some pretty strange concoctions i have put together. I love to experiment but i have recently tried to chill due to the damage that the bleach (which i have to use for any color to show since my hair is mostly blk) causes to meh locks! I am currently trying to grow the hawky out so im trying to stay healthy. I do have to do SOMETHING tho so i color just my bangs about once a month right now they are and electric gothy lookin purple....im digin it!

i die it all the time my fav color is hot red n it comes out fast so i always got to keep dyin it...i at leat die it once a month if not once every two months

i just had mine pink and green vert.stripes.
and before that it was green and blonde vert. stripes.
now its blonde/brown on the sdes and bubblegum pink in the bangs and hawk.
i'm thinking about going to green again or maybe dying the sides green.
i can't decide, i change my mind often.
