Latest Hawk

I went to Horns & Halos' Zombie Ball and the hawk flew for the first time in months! It's about 10 inches now and solid black. I put it up into four liberty spikes for the ball.

I used half the water I normally use.

1/4 cup water
1 packet knox
1 spoon
1 mug

I put the water in a mug and heated in the microwave for 55 seconds. Right after, I poured in the Knox packet all at once. It took about 5 minutes of stirring with the spoon to dissolve the powder into the water.

I did the base of each spike first. Loaded up on the Knox mixture and got plenty on the scalp of each spike. I blow dried the hell out of it before moving on to the tip. Using less water in the mixture allowed me to soak the hair more and it dried faster than using 1/2 cup as well.
