I take these vitamins called vitol great hair with biotin,,trust me these vitamins come from another planet,my hair was FUCKED UP so I did some research and started to take them,I can't say enough good things about them your hair will not only grow like crazy but it will also become super healthy to the point where it almost changes the texture,,look them up on the internet

the price's vary,I don't know where you live but I get them from vitamin shoppe, for about 23 bucks BUT they last for two months, just to give you some more insight as to how great they are I'm black and of course we have coarse hair, after about 3 weeks no bs,it made my hair somewhat silky and fixed the split ends,

Mine dies right away so if your is over months I agree with melthepunk that it is probaby heat damage
I swear by olive oil, I do it once a week, just put a half or whole cup in my hair and let it sit for as long as possible. I bleach my hair once a week or every other week depending on what color I am going for. ( I hate roots showing on me so I am obsessive when it comes to bleaching ) After the olive oil I use a mild shampoo and conditioner and let it air dry, almost all dead ends and that fried feeling are gone. I also do this after every bleaching, to help it recover, and also air dry my hair after bleaching, the hair becomes fragile so I find that blow drying directly after makes it even worse for me.
