Custom V

I started this last year as a gift for my Boyfriend because his mother refused to buy him a new guitar, (after promising him he could get the one he'd had his eye on for the longest time) and because I though it would be awesome to give it a try. Unfortunately I haven't gotten to do much more on it as neither me or him have the money to. It also has the knobs, switches and the neck pickup installed now. It still has quite a bit of work to do on it before I can paint and lacquer it. The neck is from another guitar that he had and the logo on the headstalk has been sanded off and repainted so I can put my own logo on it once the decal gets printed.

It looks huge on me because I'm tiny and my boyfriend is not :)

But I would LOVE to keep it unpainted except for the fact I very much dislike that you can see it is made out of like 13 different pieces of wood instead of the whole 1 or 2 pieces I wanted. (The wood was free instead of costing almost $200. I can't complain lol)

also, good work on the body :) i'd leave it unpainted.. maybe just put some finish on it.
