I do hair in ohio, it's easier for hairstylists to find stuff like that. wish i could help, but i know you can find hair dye online. I've used manic panic before when i had rainbow hair

Pravanna color doesn't fade as fast as manic panic, a teacher of mine in hair school couldn't get purple out of her hair for a month

The pink side is Manic Panic Hot Hot Pink, and the purple is Manic Panic Ultraviolet. The purple faded super fast though, it was completely blondey silver within a few weeks :(
