Mohawks Rock

This is my problem on most days. :p Thought I had it. Is it the heat and humidity? Is it because my hair isn't naturally straight?

shit i didnt even realize this was on a picture! i thought this was a discussion haha sorry that my picture i posted was so big!

if you look at my pictures of me with the purple/blue mohawk, i used that hair product for that hawk. Now my mohawk is pretty wide (about the width of the top of my head) and i use a different method to putting it up... a lot of teasing and hairspray (rave hairspray) however i feel like its not as strong as it was when i used pump it up and had it more narrow.
my more narrow hawk was about 2 inches wide? about the width of a roll of duct tape.

Really? Elmer's? I saw people in school using it before but they had shorter hair. Thank you Vex :) I'm open to any suggestions!

Awesomeness XD thanks Boogle!! I haven't seen that but definitely give it a try! I'm widening my hawk, I think maybe that will help. I read in a discussion you have a small gap in your hawk , yeah me too. So widening or fixing gaps its just the obvious isn't it? :p Grow it out and trim it down?

This shit is amazing, and it cost under 5 bucks. you can find it at walmart.

straighten your hair before styling. spray the roots first and blow dry while still holding your hair up. then once your hawk is half up use a comb and spray (you may even have to put you head upside down... just do whatever you need to do, this part really just takes practice)... eventually with enough practice you should get a nice fan.

the pump it up stuff is pretty amazing. i used that alone to put up my hawk when it was thinner and about 8-10 inches long.

Thanks Dan, yeah that's mostly what I use or good old Aqua Net, with or without either spiking gel or got 2b spiking glue. Even without maybe the added weight of the gel or glue it just doesn't want to stay in a uniformed type of fan hawk it falls in one place or another. Especially after being outdoors :p

Have you ever tried Got2B Freezing Spray with the blow dryer?
