Did a short, red mohawk for a laugh in 2001 for a friends themed birthday party. Decided to see what reaction it would get when I went back to work... they loved it, so the hawk has stayed ever since!
Has been both fanned and liberty spiked. And all colours from red, blue, green, purple and multi-coloured.

Currently trying to grow it longer again (had to cut it back through over bleaching - doh!) so that I can colour it and liberty spike it again.
