Yep, not every mate has that confidence. He was a kick-boxer before he moved away to the oil rigs for work. You might like the vid where he wanted to try practice kicks to the stomach. XD But yeah, it's a bit metal but harmless fun once you're used to it. Now you've seen it, you get the idea.
