If you are referring to the crazy hair that's how it gets after 24 hours after a shower, clean an all, but greasy. It flops down after a while. If I'm going for the mad scientist look then all i gotta do is get it like that and just a little bit of got2b glued freeze spray. Which as far as I understand it is the industry standard. It's cheaper stronger and faster than anything else. *freeze spray* not glue that just clumps up your hair and weighs it down.
