    dude the septuem rocks man....but fuck the retainer an put in a fuckn spike or bull ring man. i had mine done years ago an i agree u feel it like a muther fucker. I got bunch of piercings incl 1 inch lobes/scappled, setpum, nips PA an frenum ball bag, lower lips aan i would say septum, my nostrils an lower lips u felt the best...but i no youd agree fuckn worth it
