i used to live in this tiny town in wyoming called riverton.
it was awesome.
there wasn't much to do but at the same time it was way better than here,
more freedom in a way.
and the weather was just plain awesomely great.
i HATE the weather here in el paso

ugh it's always so hot.
and on the of chance that it's nice it doesn't last long.
and winter sucks.
cuz it's to hot for nice big jackets but it's still kinda cold.
so like i want to wear layers and scarves and stuff like that but i can't cuz it's not cold enough and i feel like a very uncomfortable idiot, but then my hands and face freeze. it's like it's warmish but the wind is biting cold. if it weren't for the wind you could go about in a light sweater.
unpredictable weather sucks too.
but at least you guys get snow right?

i've never read anything by him, but his books look interesting.
i might pick one up sometime.
i like most books.
my favorite author tho is Brian Jacques.
i like fantasy i guess but no magic and sci fi is definitely not my thing.
but I'll read just about anything.

i'm reading Mattimeo.
it's about this vengence bent fox who kidnaps some kids to sell them as slaves because he blames their parents for some injury he got years back which wasn't even their fault.

oooh i'm not sure i would read it then.
i got nothing against the bible it's just kind of tedious.
but yea Mattimeo is a really good book.
i like it cuz it's not to overly happy lol
i mean it has it's happy ending but quite a few of the good characters get killed off. i like that about the author, he kills some of the characters you like which makes the books more interesting.
it's not like in some movies *cough* war of the worlds *cough* or books were only the bad characters die and all the main characters live no matter how unlikely their survival would be.
