Thanks for the add and comment. Not much of hawk now, but it is longer than in my photo and filling out on the back of my neck.

Sure you don't have me confused with James??? His is really cool. Spiked, colored and checkerboarded! I don't think Macy's would approve. (I comb my small hawk over and it looks fairly normal when at work)

I am going have a friend take some new ones, my hawk is now 1 1/2. Shows up a lot better.

Always interesting to get people's reactions. You don't see many grey hawks!!! Both people today wanted to touch my hair, so I let them. I decided it OK, as long as I have a comb with me to straighten it out. Girl, I met, who is a stylist and wanted to color it! If I get up the nerve, my choice would be royal blue tipped. Should look good with grey. But I would wait until it is longer, say over 2 inches.

I also like the sides showing skin. Time again for me to have my sides buzzed down to the skin.

Actually my hawk is about the same as yours. Only grey. I'm tempted to do the blue. We'll see. Keep me posted as to your hawk too. Red or orange might be good colors for you. Green is more unusal. Check out some of the green hawks on this site. GH

Hi, hope you had a nice Christmas and you got a gift you wanted. Orange sounds good for your mohawk. Completely fanned out is best. I have trouble keeping it up in back. Just have to use more 2b, I guess. Also, I've noticed that a section of my hair doesn't seem to grow as long. I will try and let my hair grow out more, then even it off. Cheers, GH

I lived in Joplin, MO. Right now I'm in Montana, but I'll be moving to Springfield(45mins-1hr away) in late Oct, early Nov.
