People really need to let go of the 'Nu-metal is shit and full of sellouts' view, It was just about true up till about 2002 at the latest, when it was popular but people moved on, Nu-metal bands are just as under-payed and overworked as everyone else and they have just as few fans as anyone else in the world of metal.

You might also take time out to notice that Chimaira stormmed into the world as part of the Nu-metal scene =p Maybe consider that before saying how they're all sellouts hehe.

Usually new things arn't as great as the old. Such as a "part 2" of a movie, or if the character is played by another actor it kills the feeling of the movie, likewise towards a new singer replacing the previous one.

Eh people are people....=\ but I have some exciting news(at least some excitement) Well its been a rough year for me this year and indeed the past other 3 1/2 but within that time my mum did not have a job which made it VERY hard for us, and depended on grandmother who just passed April,13th (very painful ='[ ) so we were in a terrible predicament. Well she finally has a job so now we can get back on out feet!!!! not to share my life or down people or anything but I just thought I might wana share some news..=D Uber stoked!!

Lol. Its tough, I have alot of things to consider helpful job wise, not that it would be easy to get. I could work at a candy shop like See's candy, or Hooters, Hot Topic ( =\ ) photographer, The local news paper..etc. Have you tried a record store, or clothing place????

That's the worst part about applying for jobs, if you take the time and effort to send an aplication or even just to phone and enquire, the company should always give you an answer. Even if it's just an email or somthing to say 'Thanks but no thanks.' It's just bloody rude what places seem to be doing now, I'm having the same problem.

My pick of that lot is Alestorm, probably not for the uberheavy crew but they play some great live shows. They're actually from a town not 10 miles from where I sit now. Yaar, had many a long night in the tavern with those scurvy rats! Theives and blagards every one of 'em!

Aye Ensiferum are pretty good, Like alot of thier stuff, good driving music haha.. I recomend Captain Morgans Revenge, but it's all good. you might fancy a look at some of the demos and stuff from when they went under the name 'Battleheart' The newer stuff has better production values though, those guys worked very hard to get signed and they fucking deserved it.

Almost like people killing what you like most because they made it overrated and such, so its slightly different in one's eyes. But that never means some subjects related are all the same seldom altering that label (like genres of music). Take Twilight for instance; I hear some or almost nearly everyone I know or don't know say " I remember when hardly anyone heard about Twilight before it was popular, those were the days I was obsessed but unlike these overobsessed noobs, now I see everyone obsessing over it wearing those idiot Team Edward or Team Jacob shirts or the Characters, everyone carrying the book around, bloody stupid grils shreaking and jumping like monkies over Edward and them, or hyperventilating and nearly dying of a heart attack just because they are watching the movie in theaters for the first time! Haha! and indeed, the movie left out many important things leaving the film somewhat..epmpty. It sucked even more because when I went to see it, some of the girls there were so very annoying! Shreaking, hyperventilating in my ear! ugh......but for me I love music no matter what and I cant see why others just won't leave other people alone with out judging oneanother just because you listen to this genre and this genre or this genre etc. Its sad.
