Ultimately I want my own aquaculture facility. I know a lot about chemistry and physics that go along with that already. I can probably make a tank out of anything, as long as I have the right equipment to keep the water flowing and contained.
But I have a feeling the possibilites are endless if I learn a lot more!
still do :) I give my services as an ambulance officer in my town for free , I only need one paying job and mine pays well enough to be able to give back to my community , even though most of them are wankers :)

Pardon the irrelevance...but I am truly broken over Michael Jackson's passing. I am most shocked und extremely sad, so anyone who has asinine comments about his controversial life, I don't want to see it. R.I.P Michael Jackson..1958-2009 ~<33~
well might be able to add another degree if the company I work pull's their finger out and gets the paperwork done for my degree in metaliferous mining & engineering , I get paid to do it now so I might as well go and get the paperwork :)
I'm currently still in my first year of college, was up at UTK and really enjoyed it, then got fucked over by the school after I got Swine Flu, now I'm back home at this shit tastic community college cause I had no choice, gonna get the hell out of here next semester as soon as my gpa is better. But I'm gonna be in school forever, plan on getting my doctorate in music/music history so I can be a proffessor teaching musicology or ethnomusicology, gonna educate the masses!
I tested out of high school in my sophomore year because I hated it and I just said fuck it. I have been going to community college for about two years now but only have taken 3 semesters. I hopefully plan on transferring to a culinary school though.
Thanks Farrah :) Lately I have been noticing a lot of people testing out at my school :) I can dig it, GED is pretty good, my friend recently got hers so she can go to a Uni in Oregon. You keep up the great work :) we educated punks have to stay educated. I learn new things everyday:) it's pretty rad.
Went from 8th grade to 10th grade, but then skipped so much school I failed a grade, doh... sucks I would have graduated at 16, but shoulda coulda woulda. Still graduated on time, did some extra technical school stuff for graphic design. Got a scholarship to a computer training school and got some edumacation there before going onto college and getting a bachelors in Fine Arts emphasis in Graphic Design with a minor in French (I'd taken french since 7th grade so figure, why not?). I'm thinking I may go back and get a masters eventually, maybe when my kids are in school. I loved college :D
Gotta keep in mind, half the people here are more aggressive (personality wise), too. I see too much get lost in the shuffle cause people are too afraid to speak up or go after what they want.
I'm a college grad and I'm not flipping burgers :D I know plenty of people who didn't go to college that make damn good money, and I know people that did go to college who have done nothing with their degree. But then they were usually people that were only in college because that's what you're "supposed" to do. Not because they actually knew what they wanted to do and had goals to aspire to and drive them. So if they have no ambition of course they are going to fall back on flipping burgers rather than busting their ass to get a "real" job.
Been busy! Planning wedding on top of working stupid long hours and weeks so I can move back home and not live under a bridge. New England isn't too friendly during the winter ;). Can't wait to get back to school. Being out for a year is killing me!!!
no easy task planning a wedding I seem to remember doing it many many many years ago :) did not end well for me but a hope you have better luck , the work thing is one of those necessary evils :( a whole year out of school geez your brain would of turned to moosh lol , still going for the perma culture side of things ?
More or less. I'm constantly streaming what I know and creating new bonds between what could be while I'm working (perhaps mindlessly!) since my shifts seem to get longer and longer. I have prebuilt new terrariums in my head (from scratch!) and figured out new designs and cannot wait to actually create them - after I marry and move. I know Mr. Khaos will be quite pleased with them, too!
You know what I learned in school (aquaculture) would be one of the most important sources of healthier food if we were to inhabit Mars? YES! So word of warning to our future martains. Don't piss this girl off!! =P
How is work and everything going? Learning any new skills or certifications? =)
good to hear things are going well for you K shame about the work load though , work is going well here and I am part way through my fire technology degree , seems to me like the more education you get the easier it becomes , so much can be obtained through recognition of prior learning if you have the life skill's and of course being an old fart I qualify lol
I'm an archaeology student working on becoming a shovel bum. I'm getting my general education out of the way at a California community college since it's incredibly cheap and then will be transferring to a university for the big kid upper division classes.
