part-time vegan here. I'm full vegan (sometimes freegan) outside of my job, but working in the ice cream industry makes it very hard to resist the temptations of stealing deliciousness D;

i've been a vegetarian for nine years now, going strong.
When people first find out that i am, they'll be like, "Wha?" "That's crazy!" "I couldn't do it." then they'll ask what i can and can't eat, and ask me why. Sometimes in a good mood, and i'll explain, but if i'm not, sparks fly.

Being vegan is really difficult unless your family/whomever you are living with isn't a vegan. I've tried, but I gave it up and stuck to being a veggie. If you can do it, more power to you. I envy anyone who can do it.
