hey, i just recently got into some crust like toxic narcotic and aus rotten. but long before that i loved that crack rocksteady beat! still do haha

but i havent heard alot of grind... any suggestions?

about a year ago I joined aband of crusties, they converted me. Just started my own grindcore band recently, so I guess they got in my head for good.
