Getting unnatural colors in native hair?

I've got that dark-dark, always oily, tough as nails, unmanageable hair. How do you get color in native hair?!

If I bleach made twice with a brand made for black hair, I can get it near platinum. However, no matter which brand I use, the color lasts less than 2 weeks (Special Effects, Manic Panic, Punky Colours, etc) How do you get it to stick?

Have u tried using Splat?, it always works 4 me. U can find it at Walgreens of CVS for 10 bucks.

I have Native and Asian hair. It takes me three bleaches with 40 volume (Manic Panic) to even get a yellow colour. I don't bother using store bought toners I make my own, using purple hair dye and conditioner mixed. Use that till you're hair whitens.

Hair colours will only stay in depending on how many times you wash it. If your a cleanse loving person look for a sulfate free shampoo. I use Bed Head.
