Unfortunately both my drumsets are stacked up and collecting dust right now. I haven't had the time to practice or even THINK about being in a band. I don't think I really want to be in a band again because even if I started it it always turns into the guitarists/singers show. I'm hoping to sell most of both and start over with a new and improved kit eventually. I've been playing for about 6 years. When I did have the time, I just did sort of a Travis Barker venture, where I'd drum to mixes I put together and have a DJ spin it for me. It was a lot more fun and allowed me to be more creative than being behind like 3 or more other people.

I´ve played drums for seven years now in a band called The Freza. We have released one EP and two albums, and now we´re going to studio to record the third one. I also compose half of our songs on piano and write all the lyrics.
There are wads of free stuff if you follow the links. My own preference is Cakewalk Sonar, simply because it runs stable on my PC and it also features notation like Sibelius. I've tried Ableton, Cubase, Logic Delta, Cakewalk Sonar Producer Edition and they all run like a bag of shite on this PC! The 8-track version of Pro-tools is great if you run Windows 98 and ME.
