I just tried and failed to style my chelsea mohawk. I used a hair dryer, got2be glued freeze spray, and a teasing comb. It didn't go as I expected it to go.I need more tips on how to style it. I don't wanna use the styling glue because it's so sticky and I hate that.

Sometimes it just takes practice. remeber to back comb starting from close to the scalp. Sometimes if you have thinner hair like me, regular hairspray works best for getting it up and then a coat of freeze spray to set it. I blow dry upside down and spray lightly still upside down, then go at it with back combing. thicker hair might work the same way or just use freeze spray. What exactly don't you like about how it's turning out?
When I do mine, I spray the base of the hair, back comb heavily, spray again and hold it in place while I blow dry it on each side. I've also stated crimping all my hawk and brushing it out before I start, as it makes my fine hair way fluffier and gives the hawk more body :) If you're just starting out, it can sometimes help to divide the hawk into sections with hair bands so you can get it even. Hope this helps!
Yeah I got the idea from a deathhawk tutorial on youtube from a band called Shadow Image, best tutorial I've watched yet. And as my hawk's current;y at about 13.5" I'm always looking for new techniques to keep it up!
