I've always been wondering why I get that look every time i tell someone that I'm a feminist. I just laugh at them, but still it annoys me that a lot of people think there is one type of feminist and that is the man-hating type that became a lesbian because she got dumped too many times. I shouldn't have to defend my beliefs, especially when its something as basic as equal rights.
And for all you out there that feel like you're treated equally, you haven't seen shit yet. Just because you feel like you're equal to everyone else doesn't mean that the rest of the world is.
