i think that its just hair, and if i can preform my job, y should it matter. i think its highly discriminatory to be not hired, or fired because of hair. Its like being descriminated against because of anything else. y should a person have to change who they are to please others. its just hair. its not hurting anyone, and hey, it looks better mohawked than not (in my case anyway).
if its not hurting anyone, and not interfereing with the job functions, y does it matter at all
