getting "leather" boots to be white?

Ok so I have a vegetarian boot that I want to be white but it's black

Could I bleach it or do I need to do something else? If I could get the base to be white, could I then dye some of it brown? I'm wanting it to have brown cow spots. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Those boots actually aren't half bad! I was expecting some MJ shit..
Spraypaint is alls I can say. Even the cheap shit works most of the time.

Yeah they're the best fuckin shoes I've gotten so far! If I use spraypaint won't it chip off slowly?

i sprayed my boots blue, and it didnt chip off, but it does rub off if your rough with them. but make sure if you are masking the off, LET THEM DRY COMPLETELY.
