Sorry I haven't responded, school/college just started back up and I've been busy. I've only been to Miami a few times, but I hear the music scene isn't to bad, you just have to know where to look. Sadly, I do not. The Tampa area isn't bad either, most shows are within a 45 minute drive, and good ones are pretty frequent. If any of you guys comes to Tampa, let me know and I'll try to give you some info on upcoming shows or we'll meet up or something. What college are you looking at going to, Danielle?

Thanks for the response. I'm in north Miami. I've been to churchill's plenty of times, I'm just looking for a new place to go I guess.I've also been to the talent farm, it was so much fun but too much young meat = no bar.
All the good shows seems to be in Tampa area, it makes me want to drive there... if only I had a car...

This group is terribly inactive :( Danielle, Alexis and I are about the only ones who still try..... Anywho, Alexis and I are in Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater/Ybor all the time for shows, and would be happy to give you some good info. FLA is a great place for Ska, especially around here. If ya wanna know anything just post or comment me, and I'd be happy to help you out.

Where in south Florida are ya at? if you are anywhere near Miami. you should check out a pub called Churchill's pub. They always have a show going on. mainly punk. pyschobilly,ska, metal,and they also get jazz and other genres as well playing there. it all depends. check out there website. and view there concert section.

Just got here, but this group seems inactive. Do any of you guys know about any local punk, ska or even metal shows in SF. or if you need a party buddy in south Florida let me know.

well that's alright, i wasn't expecting anyone to be in the keys. But yeah, i was up in Miami at churchill's and saw nekromantix along with a few other bands,

A few more bands are coming down to Miami, like the Chop tops, the rocketz, phobia, maruta and wormrot, thats all i know so far. if anyone wants to know the dates i'll post em up.

Sadly, I don't think I know anyone who lives there. I went down there for a vacation once tho! And this group really does need some revival...... No ones posted anything since May! If anyone cares, GBH is touring FLA in the next few weeks, and Social Distortion is coming in a few months.
