Aww! I hate to see local stores shut down. The one I go to has been in the same shitty part of town for almost 30 years! I don't know how they made it, but they're still going

AHHH! I SO agree with you! I own Tank Girl: Apocolypse? ... or however its spelled .... Its actually pretty good, but its not right without the Hewl on the pen.
I would LOVE to see that art book! I've never even heard of it, but it sounds awesome! Is it more out-take kinda stuff? Or is it un-written, but kinda sketched stuff? Oh yeah! Whats it called? =P
To answer your other question, I think Tank Girl is done. It might be cool to see a independantly realsed "Reunion" kinda novel, or maybe a limited series with Jamie and Martin, but if they started to regularly release new mateirial, it would seem more exploited. Plus, after Hewlet disbanding the Gorillaz FOR ALL TIME, it seems less likely he would go back to a previous project.

New Tank Girl series just printed. Called 'Skidmarks.' It turns out our good friend Barney needs surgery real bad, and Tank Girl joins the most deadly bounty-hunter race across Australia for the prize money! Coincidentaly, its the perfect amount to cover Barney's operation! Still written by Alan Martin, and penned by Rufus Dayglo (The Hewll's wana-bee) and his team (Christian Krank, Simon Bowland). First issue just dropped, and its not bad. Not like the old ones though! :D

Anyone read it?
