police brutality

well we went protesting today, loudly, but peacefull, the media has twisted it all saying we were carrying offensive weapons, and went into the bank to rob it. however,we were sat outside and the coppers just started dragging us around so when we decided to help our fallen comrades :) they hit us with the batons. one girl had to got to a&e for concussion, most of us got hit.

what i wanna know is what are your thoughts about this.

most people say it was just their job. BUT we didnt assault them in anyway (except for the usual ACAB chants :)

Iz your comment fo real? Dood you need to shave your hawk off with an attitude like that, who cares if their gang has more people in it that don't mean shit. Your right the govt uses the police as an arm of control to use against us but that means we should be revolting and fighting back that much more, psh fucking smile at a pig....
and imma insult the pig with everything i can think of, BESIDES if they really were doing their job they wouldn't be fucking with me because i have a green hawk and a protest sign

They may be bigger and stronger, but what, we lay down and die like good little indians. We did get INVADED but were still here! No fucking way will I lay down and die, just cause its gonna hurt. Pain is life, blood means I'm alive. Jail time is a vacation....fined who cares, i can always earn more...

No there comes a time and place where you say no more...and you walk your talk! You pick your targets, set your strategy, draw a line and stand your ground. All I said is communicate IT. It being the reason why your there....I did not say placate the cops and give in....and play nice.

If they play nice, then yeah you play nice. Let them escalate the situation, BUT then you escalate to match them everytime, on every front....this gives credence, proof that you will do what you say...thats what keeps heavy handed cops n politicians in check!

At Download a couple of years ago I was camped up with a few mates, and one of their mates that was with us was a cop. Actually was an awesome guy. He changed my opinion on the police. Spent one night round the camp fire getting steaming drunk and talking about all this. He reckons throughout the force it's about half and half good and bad. Some of them just let power get to their head and think they're better than everyone else around. He did go on to say that the bad ones generally get what's coming to them at some point.

police are police,,thats what they do,yeah it may be true that most cops are a little more aggressive than your average person but thats their job, not all cops are over aggressive power abusing assholes,,I find that people hate the cops but love em when its their ass thats in need of help,for the most part cops are my friends lol they keep the unwanted people in check,lol
