New Fourm Layout

I'm not sure why, but I'm not noticing anything new. What all changed?

We have kind of thread going here about the new forum layout, although you probably couldn't tell by the title.  We are just trying some things out to shake it up some.  If people hate it we can certainly going back, but that layout does allow some sticky threads, although only 3 and then the categories kind of dissappear.
