Liberty spikes

I need tips on how to do them in general, especially in the back.

get a large handheld mirror to use so you can see the back...that helps me, otherwise its like impossible

Even better, do your spikes in a place that has a mirror on the wall AND a shelf or something like that, so you can but another mirror on it (any kind really) so you can see both the front and the back of your hair at the same time, that's a huuuge help! (in case I didn't make it clear, the 2 mirrors have to point towards each other with you in between..)

use mirrors and, i use 3, gelatin for the hair and then use a vacumcleaner to get the shapes :D

my method is really dumb but i think i made it up... part your hair into the amount of spikes you want and make that number of ponytails., than, 1 at a time, make spikes out of the ponytails by sliding them up your hair gradually while spraying with good hair spray and using a hairdryer. probably completely retarded but i made it up and am too lazy to find another way.
