Mohawks Rock

I have a few questions about your laundry.

Do wash clothing that you've studded?

Do you wash clothing that you have patched? If so what cycle? Delicate? Regular? And by itself or with other clothes?

How often do you wash your clothes?

How many times will you wear a garment before you feel the need to wash it?

Any any other laundry mishaps, experiences, and stories are welcome to be shared. =]

When ever i try to wash clothing that iv studded, the studs always seem to come off. So i dont usually wash studded things that much. Same with patched clothing. They always come unstitched:-( I can usually wear other clothing for about a week/two weeks before i feel the need to wash it.
Do you use cold water?
do you put everything in the dryer? cuz the dryer shrinks clothes. i hang my pants and sweaters out to dry so they don't get too small on me.

Only thing I have studded is my leather jacket... so no.

Yea, I just throw 'em in with everything else on regular.

Maybe every two weeks.

Too many times.
How have you sewn the patches on?
Dental floss.
i dont wash my patched jacket because its so old and falling apart that if i put it in the washer ill get out is my patches haha. if i truely feel the need to i dry clean it with those cheap at home dry cleaning kits..

as for the rest of my clothes i dont wash my pants unless they fit weird and i need them to shrink or i get something gross on them haha. i wash my tops more often because they stretch out much easier and washing returns the fabric to its normal shape..
They have dry cleaning kits?! Whoa...I did not know that.
yeah like dryel or whatever its called.. i got a cheap version though it was just like a little fabric sheet that you put in your dryer with whatever you want dry cleaned..it wont like clean stains or anything like that but it refreshes it so it doesnt smell or anything haha. i think the more expensive at home kits actually clean though
I don't have enough clothes.
The ones i have patched/studded are leather so yeah.....
hand wash, air dry, for anything patched and studded, painted, etc. (rarely a full soaking, mostly damp cloth, etc)

otherwise, fuck laundry. i hate that the most out of everything that has to be done.
I probably end up wearing my work clothes over and over again without realizing it -
Yeah, Ive washed acrylic things pleennttyyy of times.
