How were you influenced?

How has Punk music and everything its about influenced you?

I'm doing a report on punk: music, influences, bands stuff like that for english.
And I need to know from all the punks how has it influenced you. How has it changed you.
Stuff like that. Please help me out. Its a big part of this whole project and yea :)

only thing it has changed about me is my hair :) my influences come from Metal and skins :)

I don't think punk or my 'hawk has influenced me at all. I'm a pretty independent person, socially and intellectually. I really prefer music (I like everything but rap, and including opera) based on my mood. I choose clothing each day based on what I feel like (sometimes it's very conservative, sometimes it's pretty wild).

I do think that punks tend to be a little more independent in their intellectualty. Most people today tend to behave like herd animals, doing whatever the herd does. I like to think humans are a bit above that mentality.

Even my miniature schnauzers show their independence and intellect once in a while..... :).
