thick hair is good, few inches at least would suffice. cut it about inch and a half wide and your pretty much good to go..
i have insanely thick hair
and it will not stay up properly..no matter what i use
my hair used to be thick, the thicker the better in my expierence but if your really having that hard of a time with it then then thin it out.
i heard if you bleach your hair it helps out a lot.
thats because your killing your hair and alot will fall out/break off from the chemicals..making it thinner... the healthier way is to take a razor blade to it
make your hair thinner with a razor blade, how would u do that?
i dont know how well i can explain it.. its baisically making descrete layers throughout your hair. its best to get it professionally done if you dont know how to do it but when i cut my sisters hair i just lightly skim through with a razor blade. you get hair of all different lengths but its really not noticable, and it leaves your hair thinner over all..
i usualy get about an inch to an inch 1/2 thick, and as far as length, i started off at two inches.
i would start it off short at like an inch - 2 incjes. putting up tall hawk is harder so ur better off practiceing on a shorter 1 and growing it big.
i have pretty thick hair also but i would start at at least 4in like me
i'd say 1 inch wide, and 2 inches for fan hawks, 3 inches for liberty spikes, trust me. I had 2 inch liberty spikes, they came out more like liberty lumps.
