Look at the chain of command. Who does the principal work for? Go to them. Who does that person work for? Go to them.
Keep going up until you can get satisfactory results. Just takes a little bit of time and research.
A lot of schools out here have a website. Normally they list the principal, superintendent/executive of the school district, region, etc. and how to contact them as well. I would start in that route.
And remember, know your rights in terms of your school. Review the rules and make sure they didn't change them and get a clear interpretation of the meaning.

another form of college , you pay for each term you attend , at the end you get a nationally accredited certificate or trade certificate , much more relaxed atmosphere and anyone with the money can attend .

if you want action Seg just stay home , the education dept will notice and send truancy notices to your parents , they will be given the chance to explain , all they are going to be able to say is that the school has placed discriminatory limitations on you that has had a negative effect on you and you have become withdrawn and suicidal ( start locking yourself in your room ) once this has been noted they will have no alternative than to back down or risk a law suit , they have their own self regulation laws that they must adhere to so exploit it to your advantage , for telling you to cut it they deserve nothing less .
