Desperate need of help, Mohawk advice~!!

well as my last post, i talked about how i beat some one's ass for cutting my mohawk
Im not the least bit proud to say that my mohawks in critical condition.

I am a perfectionist with hair, and it needs to be perfect...

My hair is about 5 inches now, But here's my problem

The front of my mohawk is a bit lower than the middle of it and when it reaches the end, it gets shorter


How i would like it;

I want the Front part of the mohawk HIGHER than the rest, and as it runs down my head i want it to slowly get shorter
You know what i mean?

It looks like a mess now, thanks to some faggot that cut it....

Any advice on how to get it to look like that?
I dont really want to go pay to get it done, i'd rather do it myself or have a friend do it.

Help anyone?
