Mohawks Rock

I am 16 and had a Mohawk for 2 years, and recently started to grow it out, and it is about 5 inches, since the first day, I used g2b glued freezing spray, and still do, and it always flakes, alot, and I hate walking around with flakes, I got black hair and its really shows, I hate it, is there anything I can do so that does not happen

Are the flakes coming from the hairspray or is it just normal dandruff?  If dandruff you might just try a special shampoo like a Selsun Blue or something, I find it a little better than your standard head shoulders.

g2b flakes on me too, but its not noticeable. Your hair wont be as stiff, but try using aqua net instead. Its a strong hold that doesn't flake.

I agree aqua net holds well doesn't flake(in my experience) and is relatively inexpensive. You may also try applying a light coat of gel to the sides which I found to not only strengthen your hawk but reduce or stop flakes as well. Hope this helps :)
What color can of aqua net the is so many kinds?

i use purple

Gels will not flake... hair spray tends to flake.  White glue formulas will not likely flake.  Jello mixes do not flake.  Pump and can hair spray flakes. (alcohol content is the culprit).

My hair glue does NOT flake.  Look here.

I had a flask problem with got2be, sucks really seeing as it's good at holding hair up for ages, another way of preventing flakes is to not hold it super close to your hair as you spray, I found that holding it at about 20cm away, it flaked a lot less.
