COMPUTER GEEKS!!!

I was just wondering if anyone could help me find drivers (free) for an HP deskjet F4180 printer? I have been trying to install this thing for the past two fucking hours and for some reason my computer can't find the drivers for it. I am about to rip my fucking hair out. I am usually pretty good at installing hardware, but this computer is a piece of shit. I fucking hate Acer computers.

I don't think my computer is compatible for it because it didn't work. :( Oh well.

Hmmm... idk. I have used Macs before but I prefer PC because there are a lot more games for them.
