Bondage pants/kilt

I was trying to think of ways to incorporate the look of the kilt into the bondage pants I'm making. Any ideas?

I was thinking of that. Good idea, maybe I'll make it pleated and have leather straps that hold it onto the pants like the kilts are fastened.

Tartan is plaid, and for some reason in the US we don't use that word maybe because it is also something that you put over your shoulder, and therefore would be a wee bit confusing.

I may have gotten a bit of this wrong because I live in North Carolina, but I've been doing a fair bit of research on my ancestors lately and learned some things.
