Best Color Spray? Need for end of July

Last summer I painted the Chicago Cubs logo on each side of my son's mohawk for his first Cubs game (see below) with water-based acrylic paint.  The color was great but it was really really really hard to wash out.  I used the paint because the color hair spray at the beauty supply shop just wasn't bright enough - especially the white.  We're going to a Cubs game again this summer and we're putting a different logo on, but I don't want to use the paint again.

So - any suggestions for color spray that's really bright/vivid?  I'll be using red, white and blue.
