HELP!!!!!

My hair is too long for liberty spikes and i have no clue how to fan it out.

If you really saturate the base of the spikes and make sure it goes all the way through then they should stand up pretty well. YOu also can find some really good vids on how to fan it. You just need to find a method that works for you.
