Classic Rock, all kinds of metal, alternative ( which i use as a wide genre cos i dont believe the term pop punk its just alternative to me) as far as metal goes its mostly Thrash but i like some death metal and black metal. I like bands like Disturbed and Avenged Sevenfold too
i also like drum & bass, cyber electro, industrial, psychobilly, rockabilly, rock, hardrock ( the oldskool shit like bruce springsteen, u2, deep purple n stuff like that), some death metal, ska, and sometimes some reaggea
I don't listen a lot to punk, but I love going to punk shows. I mostly listen to funk. Other than that, I mostly listen to industrial, jazz, blues, soul, rockabilly, some death metal, klezmer, balkan.. Yeah.. But I can listen to pretty much anything. I also enjoy country and old school hip hop, like House of Pain, Funkdoobiest and Cypress Hill. I even like crappy 80's tunes that usually make other people puke. Some doom or stoner rock is fine too.
I love George Clinton, KMFDM, Mindless Self Indulgence, Nine Inch Nails, Laibach, Grinspoon, The Beatles, Goran Bregovic, Billy Joel, Tom Waits, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, David Bowie, Gary Numan, Primus, The Black Keys, Prince, Aphex Twin, Amon Tobin, Bonobo, Zdob Şi Zdub.. Yeah.. Can't think of any more stuff at the moment.
All in all I'm pretty open to music. Especially if it's groovy or funky. Then I'm absolutely up for it.
It is an obvious answer!
Punk, ska and metal.
but can listen to anything,
But Whenever i get asked to put on music it ends up to be something like
Streetlight manifesto, Or oxymoron, operation ivy or The causualties
but other than general punk and käng, i love epic computer music like Kraftwerk, their old songs are awesome.
i like iron maiden and metallica too, but thats as far as i'll go with metal. I'm not really into it anymore. i like old school hip hop too, ska (but not regaae for some reason). i rarely listen to this, but shoegaze can be nice too.
and post-rock, when i feel like it. Slint are good, and Godspeed you! Black Emperor.
I listen to punk, ska, metal, alt. But my ex really got me into SLC underground punk. Such as: Drunk as Shit, Never Say Never, Negative Charge, Rebellious Cause.. etc.
All different styles, Sewage founder and front man Spike has written a bunch of different songs in a wide array of styles the last decade.Though the Sewage/Humyn Sewage bands were known as thug/street punk bands many of the members had decent musical resumes. The following song was written by Spike while he was doing time.. its Punk but has classic rock/Metal and Irish influences in the music and lyrics..
its called Manannan Mac Llyr
