Family Guy has so many quotable lines. Other great shows for classic lines are It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Futurama, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Grounded For Life, The Office.

Some It's Always Sunny:

Mac: A lot of shady shit goes on in nursing homes Frank, they're like prisons.

Frank: What like people gettin ass raped?

Mac: No dude. They just don't like being here

Frank: Because they're gettin ass raped

I know I paraphrased a bit and left out a lien or two but man, Danny DeVito in that show as Frank Reynolds is just so over the top.

I can usually unload movie quotes all day but right now I am coming up a bit short but one that popped to my mind from Children of Men that I really like...the main character was near a bomb blast and he is talking to his ex who is involved with a form of resistance and he mentioned his ears ringing and she says this "You know that high pitched ringing? That's the sound of cells dying. When that ringing is gone you will never hear that frequency again. Enjoy it while you can."

Another great one that just popped in to my head comes from the movie Pi:

Sol: It's chaos max. Insanity!
Max: Or maybe its genius!

There is also a really great dialogue between them about chance and patterns in Go games that is pretty intense.
